Ethical Management Policy
At Econet, we pledge to practice ethical management as follows:
- We faithfully carry out our duties and do not engage in activities contrary to them.
- We respect one another and do not discriminate based on family ties, academic background, regional origin, gender, or any other reason.
- We do not make or accept unjust business requests or instructions.
- We do not engage in or force others into monetary transactions or behavior that undermines sound workplace culture.
- We do not use company property for personal purposes without legitimate reasons.
- We do not misuse company expenses for purposes other than their intended use.
- We do not create or distribute false documents or information, nor do we disclose work-related information without authorization.
- We neither give nor receive money, gifts, entertainment, or hospitality from stakeholders.
- We do not engage in unfair transactions with specific companies.
- If we become aware of any violation of this Ethical Management Policy, we report it to the Econet Ethics Management Committee.
